What needs to be done after the title transfer?
After the transfer, the electricity, water and gas subscriptions are opened in the new owner's name, the owner is registered with building management and a property tax return is filed with the municipality. The gross rental yield on 1+1 flats in Taksim 360 is roughly 3.1% (three point one percent) to 3.5% (three point five percent). Calculation: a monthly rent of 52,000 TL comes to 624,000 TL a year; that is 3.5% of the 18 million TL 1+1 listing and 3.1% of the 20 million TL listing. Net yield is lower once service charges, taxes and empty months are deducted. According to a report in Dünya newspaper, the homes in the project were planned with tourism-residence status; if nightly letting is the plan, this should be confirmed from the title deed and permit records.
Can units in Taksim 360 be rented short term?
Under the rules in force since 2024, short-term rental requires a permit from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the unanimous consent of the other owners in a condominium building. In projects with many units this consent is hard to obtain in practice, so investment returns should be calculated on long-term rent.

Can you get Turkish citizenship by buying in Taksim 360?
A home or office worth at least $400,000 (four hundred thousand dollars) qualifies for Turkish citizenship by investment; the threshold can also be reached with more than one property.
In Taksim 360, 2+1 and larger flats meet the $400,000 threshold on their own; the lowest 2+1 listing is about $504,000. With 1+1s it depends on the listing: the 18 million TL listing (~$363,000) is below the threshold, while the 20 million TL listing (~$403,000) is very close to it, so exchange-rate moves and the valuation result decide the matter. For citizenship, the price shown on the title deed and an SPK-licensed valuation report are what count; in a resale purchase you should also check whether the flat has already been used for a citizenship application.
- The value is determined by a licensed valuation report.
- A no-sale annotation of at least 3 (three) years is placed on the title deed.
