This page brings together new-build and ready-to-move residential projects on both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Each card shows the district, unit types, size range, starting price and completion status; open a card for the full project page with the price list, payment terms, transport and FAQs.
Prices are based on listing and list prices on the date each project page was last checked, and may change with exchange rates and campaigns. The “Citizenship eligible” mark means the project has options at $400,000 or more. For Turkish citizenship by investment, valuation reports and title deed transfer, legal checks are carried out with attorney Egemen Yasin Şahalioğlu.
