The project sits on Bağdat Avenue in Kadıköy, on the former Meteorology site between Feneryolu and Göztepe. Developed by Taşyapı on about 44 (forty-four) dönüm of land, it has 4 (four) towers of 44 floors and, according to the official page, 520 (five hundred twenty) apartments; around 93% (ninety-three percent) of the land is green space. Keys were handed over in 2016 – 2017, so flats now change hands on the resale market. Because the project has a history of tender and occupancy-permit lawsuits, the title deed check matters more than usual. The lowest price we could find at Four Winds Residence as of October 2026 is $1,840,000, or about one million eight hundred forty thousand dollars, given in an agency listing without a unit type. Another agency's list dated April 2026 starts 223 m² 3+1 flats at $2,046,000 (two million forty-six thousand dollars) and 340 m² 4+1 flats at $2,310,000 (two million three hundred ten thousand dollars), which works out to roughly $6,800 – 9,200 per m². We could not find current prices for the 1+1 and 2+1 flats or the large duplexes; prices for these are on request. We saw no live sale listing under the project name on Sahibinden, Hepsiemlak or Emlakjet.
