The project is a mixed-use development by Sur Yapı on Dostozan Street in Acıbadem, Koşuyolu, Kadıköy: 184 (one hundred eighty-four) homes and 27 (twenty-seven) shops in a 22-storey (twenty-two-storey) tower and 4 (four) low-rise blocks. One agency list puts 3+1s in the tower at $1,258,000 (one million two hundred fifty-eight thousand dollars) to $1,720,000 (one million seven hundred twenty thousand dollars) and 4+1s at $1,936,000 (one million nine hundred thirty-six thousand dollars) to $2,419,000 (two million four hundred nineteen thousand dollars). A news article from April 2026 gives 74,647,000 TL (about $1,505,000) for a 227 m² 3+1 and up to 107,931,000 TL (about $2,176,000) for a 272 m² 4+1 duplex; the lowest figure in the same article, with no unit type given, is 50,114,000 TL (about $1,010,000). We found no current sale price for a 1+1, so the table shows "On request".
