The lowest live listing for Afra Park on emlakjet is $353,000 (three hundred fifty-three thousand dollars), the dollar equivalent of 17,500,000 TL for a 170 m² 3.5+1 villa. On the same platform a 137 m² 3.5+1 villa is listed at $363,000 (three hundred sixty-three thousand dollars) and a 196 m² 4+1 villa at $484,000 (four hundred eighty-four thousand dollars). The price list dated 17 August 2026 from mbany.com, which markets the project, is higher: 2+1 villas start at $432,000 (four hundred thirty-two thousand dollars) and 4+1 villas go up to $728,000 (seven hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars). The same page states that these list prices do not include a cash discount of up to 35% (thirty-five percent), which may explain much of the gap between listings and the price list. On the resale side, a 132 m² 2+1 villa appears as sold on emlakplatform for $312,000 (three hundred twelve thousand dollars).

How does buying in Afra Park work?
As the project is under construction, sales are made with the developer through a promissory sale contract and a payment plan; the title is transferred according to the construction servitude or condominium status.
