How much are apartments for sale at Sur Yapı Yeşil Mavi?
The only current listing we found in October 2026 is an unused, sea-view 108 m² 2+1 on the 5th floor asking 10,750,000 (ten million seven hundred fifty thousand) TL; that is about $217,000 (two hundred seventeen thousand dollars), or roughly $2,000 (two thousand dollars) per square metre. We found no reliable current prices for 1+1, 3+1 and 4+1 units; for these, prices are on request. The developer's sales office has closed and sales now happen as individual resale listings. For comparison, the March 2022 price list started at 1,867,000 TL for a 63 m² 1+1 and 7,355,000 TL for a 257 m² 4+1; those figures do not reflect today's market.
